monday.com, Airtable and GoHighLevel are good at holding data. The work of keeping that data current still falls on you: opening the board, moving the item, typing the note. An AI agent changes who does that work. You text "Dana signed, move her to Won and remind me to send the invoice Friday", and the row, the stage and the reminder all update.
This guide shows how to move your data across without losing anything. It uses LVLZ as the destination, but the checklist works for any move.
Before you start
- List what you actually use. Most accounts have a few boards or tables that matter and many that do not. Move the ones that matter first.
- Note your status values. Stages like Lead, Qualified and Won become options in the new table. Write them down so you can check them after.
- Keep the old account for a week. Run both side by side until you trust the new one.
Exporting from each tool
monday.com
From the board, open the three-dot menu, choose More actions, then Export board to Excel. You can include subitems and updates. Board views, grouping and colors are not part of the export, and up to 100,000 items export at a time, according to monday.com’s help center.

Airtable
Open the grid view, click the arrow next to its name and choose Download CSV, as Airtable’s help center describes. Repeat for each table you want to move. Linked records export as the names of the linked rows, so import the linked table too.

GoHighLevel
In Contacts, open Smart Lists, select the contacts and use Manage Fields to show every column you need, because only visible columns are exported. Then choose Export and download the file from Bulk Actions. The export includes tags, custom fields and the latest note, but not email or SMS history, per HighLevel’s help center.

Importing into LVLZ
Text the file to your agent, or import it in app.lvlz.ai. AI maps each column to a field of the right type: a status column becomes an options field you can view as a board, a date column becomes a date field, an email column becomes an email field. Rows that match ones you already have are updated instead of duplicated, so you can import again safely.
You can also skip the files. Connect monday.com, Airtable or GoHighLevel once in app.lvlz.ai (Settings, then Import), or text your agent “move everything from monday”, and it moves everything in one click: boards with their columns and groups, bases with linked records and attachments, contacts with their custom fields and tags, and opportunities with their pipeline stage and value.
After the move: let the agent keep it current
- "Add Noa from Brightline, she wants a quote for 40 seats." The agent adds a row, fills the company and the deal size, and offers to draft the quote.
- "What deals are stuck in Proposal for more than two weeks?" It filters the table and answers in a text.
- "Every Monday, send me the pipeline total by stage." A routine that arrives on its own.
What to check
- Row counts match between the export and the new table.
- Every status value appears as an option.
- Dates kept their time zone.
- Linked records point to the right rows.
